What is chiropractic?

What is functional mobility? 

Functional Mobility focuses on restoring natural movement patterns to enhance everyday performance and prevent injury. It targets joint stability, muscular coordination, and balance, key components often disrupted by modern sedentary lifestyles and chronic stress.
